This Digital press is an unsurpassed marketing tool for advertising and/or updates.
With your mailing list database, we can print individualized names on postcards or flyers for that specialized touch.

Bindery Department
•   Challenge Paper Cutter, 34ʼ Dimension Cutter (a manual machine) used to cut/trim small production jobs
•   DibiPack 4255 Shrink Wrapper, that plastic wraps and seals, for a clean and durable delivery
•   MightyLam 2700 Laminator, with the capacity to do various different thicknesses of lamination up to 26'
•   Lawson Hi-Speed Drill Press, a motorized machine that can drill through a book with approximately 150 sheets and 5 drill holes at once
•   Challenge Paper Drill, one foot pedal operated drill bit press that can set up in multiple settings
•   Numberatic M12, numbers up to 4 positions of numbering and also has the capacity to perforate
•   Bindery Mate Saddlestitcher that staples books in the center
•   RhinoTuff OD-4012, drills for EZ plastic coil-binding books together
•   Watkiss Vario, collates up to (12) 8.5 x 11 sheets together
•   Polar Mohr 92 EMC Digital cutting machine, capable of programming multiple cuts
•   Baum Folder, 20 x 20, able to do letter-folds and 8 page and 16 page signatures
•   Baum Folder, 23 x 35, able to do letter-folds and 8 page and 16 page signatures
•   AM Graphics Folder/Stitcher/Trimmer, 7 unit model collates and binds books together as well as trimming to finished size
•   120 year model Heidelberg Numbering and Die Cutting machine, with a sheet size capacity of 10 x 15
•   Heidelberg Numbering and Die Cutting machine, with a sheet size capacity of 12 x 18
•   In addition to the above, we also offer Digital Electronic Pre-Press. A full electronic, state-of-the-art pre-press department, offering services such as scanning, typesetting, and graphic design. Digital files are sent to our Agfa plate-maker.
