PDF Files
As you probably know, PDFs are an end product of something else and sometimes are hard to edit without the original documents. We can provide faster turn-around time if the PDF files you provide are made compatible.

We use a PDF pre-set called: PDF/X-1A 2001. This will flatten transparencies and create high resolution images. It makes a PDF version 1.3, which is an Acrobat 4 compatible file. PDFs with a higher version may require additional attention.

Graphic Programs
We work with both Macintosh and PC versions of the most popular software — Quark, In-Design, Illustrator and PhotoShop. Other software includes Corel Draw, Freehand, Publisher and Word, but please check with us first before using these. If you use another software, you could make a PDF as described above and still achieve excellent results.

FTP Instructions
We recommend you use FTP Client software. Once you have downloaded and installed the software, you will need a User Name, Password and an IP Address.
